RECLAIM: The Pharmacist-Led Protocol for High-Performance Men

6 month protocol to Rebuild Your Energy, Strength, Focus, and Confidence

Stop guessing with your biology. RECLAIM is a clinical, data-driven approach to reversing the "slow leak" of energy, focus, and drive in men between 30-55 years
  • The Sleep Gap: You’re tired even when you technically slept 8 hours.

  • The Recovery Lag: Workouts feel harder, and nagging aches last longer.

  • The Mental Friction: That "sharp edge" you used to have in meetings feels dull.

  • The "Normal" Trap: You’ve been told your labs are "fine," but you know you don't feel fine.

Does This Sound Familiar?

You aren't broken, but you aren't performing at your peak. Most men in their 40s and 50s accept "the slow leak" as a part of aging. It doesn't have to be.

You Are Not Broken. You Are Undiagnosed.

Most men dealing with low energy, stubborn fat, poor sleep, and declining drive do not have one problem. They have a system that has been quietly losing ground across multiple fronts simultaneously, and nobody has connected the dots.

So they guess. They try a new training program. They cut carbs. They buy a testosterone booster from a shelf. They get a single blood panel, get told everything looks normal, and walk away with no answers and no plan. Some get a prescription. Most get nothing useful at all.

The problem is not effort. Most of these men are trying. The problem is that nobody has looked at the full picture. Sleep quality, metabolic health, hormonal balance, recovery capacity, nutrition, stress load. These systems do not operate in isolation. When one starts to fail, the others follow. And when all of them are slightly off at the same time, the result is exactly what you are experiencing. Functional on the outside. Running on empty on the inside.

That is what RECLAIM is built to fix. Not by guessing. By looking.

THE PERFORMANCE TRIANGLE

Diagram showing three overlapping circles labeled 'Metabolic Health', 'Hormonal Balance', and 'Circadian Biology'. The center area is labeled 'RECLAIM Zone'. Each circle contains icons and bullet points related to health aspects: Metabolic Health with nutrient absorption and gut health; Hormonal Balance with testosterone, thyroid, and growth hormone; and Circadian Biology with sleep, light exposure, and stress recovery. The diagram emphasizes the importance of sleep quality, light exposure, and stress recovery for overall health.

Most programs pick one circle.

Online "mills" treat symptoms in isolation. They hand out prescriptions (The Signal) without fixing the foundation.

The Performance Triangle illustrates why that fails. Hormones, Metabolism, and Circadian Biology are an interconnected loop. If one pillar is weak, the others cannot compensate.

  • Circadian (The Battery): If you can’t recover, you can’t perform.

  • Metabolic (The Fuel): If you can’t partition nutrients, you can’t build.

  • Hormonal (The Signal): If the message is lost, the system stalls.

We don't just "optimize" a number. We calibrate the intersections to get you into the RECLAIM Zone.

Meet the Founder

Michael athanassakis, rph

Michael Athanassakis is a licensed pharmacist, UBC graduate, and Manager and Shareholder at Macdonald's Prescriptions, one of Vancouver's oldest and most respected independent pharmacies.

Over more than a decade in clinical practice, he built his work around a single principle: real health comes from addressing the root cause, not managing the symptoms around it.

But what shaped RECLAIM most was not what he learned in school. It was what he kept seeing from behind the dispensary counter.

Men in their late thirties and forties coming in exhausted, frustrated, and carrying prescriptions for problems that nobody had actually investigated properly. Fatigue normalized. Testosterone flagged and medicated. Sleep ignored entirely. Years of decline accepted as inevitable when in most cases it was not.

Raised in a Greek household where food, movement, and discipline were not wellness trends but simply how life was lived, Michael developed an early understanding that the body performs when it is supported properly. That belief has shaped everything he has built since.

RECLAIM is the program he wished existed for these men. A structured, pharmacist-led process that finally looks at the full picture and builds a real plan around what it finds.

"I built this because these men deserved better than what the system was offering them. If you are ready to find out what is actually going on and do something about it, I would like to help."

Why Reclaim is different

Pharmacist-Led

We bridge the gap between clinical science and lifestyle. You get guidance from a professional who understands biochemistry, not a "biohacker" with a social media account.

Root-Cause Focus

We go beyond surface-level symptoms. Using clinical data, lab analysis, and targeted protocols, we identify what’s actually driving your fatigue, low performance, and decline, so we can fix it at the source.

Structured Strategy

We don’t just fix what’s wrong. We build systems that keep you operating at a high level. Eliminate reliance on quick fixes and gain the confidence to maintain your health and performance long-term.

Bullt for High Performance

This isn’t about “feeling better.” It’s about measurable improvements in strength, energy, focus, and overall output so you can perform at a high level in your work and your life.

RECLAIM is a structured six or twelve month pharmacist-led coaching program for men who know something is off but have not been given a real plan to address it. The goal is not to manage your symptoms. It is to identify what is actually driving them and fix it.

The RECLAIM Protocol

  • Comprehensive intake and baseline review

  • Introductory deep-dive investigation session

  • Review of available labs and testing strategy

  • Personalized first-phase plan

  • Structured follow-up coaching

  • Progress tracking and refinement

  • Final review and next-step planning

How RECLAIM Works

A structured 4-step process to take back control

Step 1: Book your application call.

Step 2: Complete your intake:
Fill out your forms, share your history, symptoms, goals, and any relevant lab work.

Step 3: Investigate the full picture:
We assess sleep, recovery, metabolic health, hormones, stress, lifestyle, and symptom patterns. This matches the structured intake and introductory investigation flow in your program materials.

Step 4: Build the plan:
You receive clear priorities, a focused strategy, and the first phase of your protocol.

Step 5: Optimize and refine:
Over six months, we track progress, adjust based on response, and build real momentum through structured follow-up.

Results. Finally.

Most men who come to RECLAIM have already tried. They have changed their diet, adjusted their training, taken the supplements, and in some cases started medical treatment. And they are still not where they want to be.

That is not a discipline problem. That is a direction problem.

When you are working from the right information, with a plan that is built around what is actually happening in your body, things start to move. Energy that does not require caffeine to sustain. Sleep that leaves you restored instead of just rested. A body that responds to the effort you are putting in. A mind that is sharp, focused, and present in a way it has not been in years.

You will not just feel better. You will understand why you feel better and how to stay that way.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. RECLAIM is a coaching and educational service, not emergency care, primary care, specialist care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or independent medical treatment. The purpose is to help you understand symptom patterns, identify likely drivers, improve lifestyle and health behaviors, review relevant data in context, and build a structured plan. When something falls outside coaching scope or raises concern, referral is part of the process.

  • Not necessarily. While it is recommended, some men already have enough history, symptoms, and baseline information to begin working on the highest-yield issues right away. Others benefit from baseline labs early in the process. RECLAIM is designed to use labs when they are useful, not just to order them for the sake of it.

  • RECLAIM is built for men dealing with problems like low energy, poor sleep, brain fog, reduced drive, stubborn belly fat, poor workout recovery, libido changes, erectile dysfunction, stress overload, and feeling like they are no longer functioning at the level they should be. The process looks at the full picture, including sleep, metabolic health, hormones, stress, nutrition, training, recovery, and lifestyle patterns.

  • No. Low testosterone is only one part of the picture, and in many cases it is not the first problem that should be chased in isolation. Reclaim is designed to help make sense of the broader physiology behind symptoms, including sleep disruption, metabolic dysfunction, stress load, poor recovery, and other drivers that can affect hormones and performance.

  • The first session is an in-depth investigation, not a rushed consultation. We look systematically at your symptoms, goals, daily routine, sleep, energy, body composition, sexual health, stress, nutrition, exercise, medical history, medications, supplements, and any available lab work. The goal is to identify the dominant problem pattern, screen for red flags, build a working hypothesis, and define the smartest next steps.

  • The six-month coaching model is structured around intake, baseline review, an introductory investigation session, an initial plan, ongoing follow-up, progress tracking, refinement, and a final review near the end of the block. The process is designed to create clarity, consistency, and measurable progress over time rather than random one-off advice.

  • The standard structure includes an initial deep-dive session followed by regular follow-ups across the six-month block. Exact timing can vary depending on the package structure, your starting point, and whether labs or referrals are part of the process, but the model is built around clear milestones rather than ad hoc contact.

  • Most of the real progress happens between sessions. Depending on your setup, between-session support may include check-ins, tracking of key metrics like sleep, energy, waist trend, or training consistency, educational follow-up, review of barriers, and refinement of the plan when real life gets in the way.

  • That is helpful. Existing labs can often provide useful context early in the process. If the results are relevant and recent, they may be reviewed as part of your baseline assessment to help decide whether the next step is lifestyle-first, lab-supported, referral-first, or some combination in the right order.

  • Then you will be told directly. Reclaim is built with clear scope boundaries. If your symptoms, screening, or lab findings suggest something that needs physician involvement, specialist assessment, urgent follow-up, or a higher level of care, referral becomes part of the plan. That is not a failure of the process. It is part of doing this properly.

  • Yes. After key sessions, you should receive a structured summary and the main priorities for the next phase. The goal is to give you something practical and usable, not leave you trying to remember a long conversation after the fact.

  • No. Supplements are not the foundation. The process is built around identifying the highest-yield drivers first and focusing on sleep, metabolic health, stress, recovery, lifestyle patterns, and behavior change before piling on unnecessary products. Supplements, when used, should have a rationale and a role.

  • RECLAIM is built on structured clinical thinking. The process is systematic, evidence-based, and designed to help you understand what is actually driving your symptoms rather than throwing generic advice at you. It is not about hype, trends, or surface-level optimization. It is about clarity, prioritization, and building the right plan in the right order.

  • That is exactly why many men come to RECLAIM . Effort is not always the issue. Sometimes the problem is that the wrong drivers are being targeted, the order of operations is off, or something important has been missed. RECLAIM is designed to help organize the picture so you stop wasting effort on low-yield strategies.

  • RECLAIM is best suited for men who know they are underperforming physically, mentally, or hormonally and want a structured, evidence-based path forward. It is for men who are willing to look honestly at the full picture, commit to a process, and work on the things that actually matter rather than chasing shortcuts.

  • Yes. At the end of the block, progress is reviewed, remaining priorities are clarified, and a decision can be made about whether to continue, transition to a lighter maintenance structure, or move on with a clearer plan and stronger self-management.
